Also, much research is being completed in the areas of psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, exercise, nutrition and herbs, sleep and bright light therapy. Some of these articles are technical and most people will not relate easilyto the language . But if you read the summaries or abstracts, there will be a lot to learn in these links. In the meantime I will search for articles with little or no technical language. |
